The Boothville-Venice Jr. Beta Club attended the Louisiana Elementary Beta Convention on February 28-29, 2019 in Lafayette. Kolie Johnson (4th grade)placed fifth with her rose sculpture. Michael Lord (5th grade), Draevin Collins (5th grade), Mason McGuire (5th grade), Annie Hotard (5th grade), Kaylana Ngoy (5th grade), and Mia Matthews (4th grade) placed third in Three Dimensional Design. The club Trading Pin placed first. All of these participants are eligible to participate at the National Jr. Beta Convention, which will be held in June 2019 in Oklahoma City.
