U.S Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots adopted our school. They have donated and delivered over 460 toys for our students here at Boothville- Venice Elementary School. The U.S Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots primary goal is deliver, though a new toy at Christmas a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens. Their objective of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States to experience the joy of Christmas. We are grateful for the overflowing of toys for our students and their siblings so parents can see the excitement and joy on their children faces come Christmas morning.
Special thanks to SSgt. Chanratha Lim for helping Counselor, Rachelle Cyprian coordinate the program here at Boothville-Venice Elementary school along with LCpl Vasquezch and Cpl Festa for delivering the toys to our school.
