Boothville-Venice Elementary School's PTO spearheaded an "Adopt a School" initiative in light of the recent flood. The school participated in a fundraiser that generated about $1200.00, as well as, collected supplies for Southside Jr. High in Denham Springs. PTO representatives Michelle Robichaux and Nicole Barrois were greeted by Ms. Myra Blanchard and students to accept the generous donations for the school.
