On March 21, 2016, Boothville-Venice Elementary held its third nine weeks Principal Party for Positive Behavior Intervention Support. Over 300 students were invited to the "Movie Hour" provided by the school's PTO. The students were served popcorn, cotton candy and juice. The students were chosen to attend for their model behavior and school wide behavior expectations: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe. Mr. Tony Frickey and Mr. Chris Wooton, representatives of the Venice Port Complex, came to help pull for the prizes.The complex donates wonderful prizes to the school every nine weeks. Principal, Maria M. Prout helped celebrate the success of the students chosen for the prizes.
