Boothville-Venice Elementary School congratulates students who were honored at the November Terrific Kids Ceremony, a special monthly event recognizing children who consistently show positive character, kindness, and a commitment to doing their best.
Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club, the Terrific Kids program highlights students who demonstrate respect, responsibility, and a caring spirit both in and out of the classroom. Teachers selected honorees for their character, hard work, perseverance, and positive attitude.
Families, classmates, staff, district level supervisors Tonika Peavy and Marissa Stamm, and president of the Kiwanis Club, Jeffrey Wooton, gathered to celebrate each recipient as they were presented with a certificate, a shirt, and a yard sign. Smiles, applause, and a true sense of pride filled the room as each child’s efforts were recognized.
The Terrific Kids Ceremony reminds us that success is not only about grades, but also about character and making a difference in the school community. Congratulations to all of our Terrific Kids—Ami Ayala, Rhett Jurisich, Rhythm Barthelemy, Reese Durr, Kyndall Granger, Isla Kenwright, Analeigh Duplessis, Zavion Kim, Jayden Taylor, Jesus Morales-Rojas, Visakha Meas, Chance Raphile, Wyatt Devillier, Gavin Ragas.
