On Thursday, January 9, 2025. Boothville-Venice Elementary School held its first TERRIFIC KID’S Ceremony. “Terrific Kids" is a student-recognition program that promotes character development, self-esteem and perseverance. “Terrific” is an acronym for Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive, and Capable." Last week the Kiwanis Club of St. Bernard along with Superintendent Dr. Ritz joined us at BVES to honor students who were selected by their teachers as Terrific Kids.
