On March 1, 2019 BVES HeadStart, PreK, and Kindergarten participated in the annual Mardi Gras Parade around the halls of the school. Spectators were treated to decorated floats, candy, beads, and toys as the festivities featured traditional Mardi Gras music.
The parade was led by the Grand Marshal, Mason McGuire.
