-Click the Registration link
-Download " PPBS Registration Packet -Once you have completed the application, save it and screen shoot all necessary paperwork ( birth certificate shot records, proof of residency)
-Then email it to [email protected]
You may also register in-person in BVES gym on Monday, March 14, 2022 10:00am - 12:00pm
